El Wilder, CSAC

El (Ellen) Wilder provides compassionate, client-centered support to individuals affected by substance use and related challenges. El helps clients understand patterns of substance use, develop healthy coping skills, set recovery goals, and connect with appropriate community and treatment resources.

Through counseling, education, and ongoing support, a CSAC works to promote lasting recovery, personal growth, and improved overall well-being.

Areas of focus: Substance Use, Early Recovery, Relapse Prevention, Coping Skills, Goal Identification and Achievement

El is able to Medicaid and commercial insurance clients ages 18+.
