Diana supports clients navigating anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions, with a focus on understanding patterns in relationships and sense of self. Diana has extensive experience working with underserved and Spanish-speaking communities, offering culturally responsive care and supporting clients within bilingual and multicultural environments. She brings a warm, collaborative approach to therapy, creating a space where clients feel comfortable exploring their experiences and building healthier ways of connecting. Fluent in Spanish, she offers therapy in both English and Spanish. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the College of William & Mary.
