Alden Conner, LPC
Alden works individuals from early adolescence through adulthood to address life transitions, self-exploration, relationship and family challenges as well as manage anxiety symptoms. Her goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore you thoughts and feelings and gain a deeper understanding of yourself, your relationships, and your experiences. Alden shows up as her authentic self, as well as your therapist. This means bringing humor, a direct approach, and compassion into each session in order to foster connection and encourage your growth, self-awareness, and self-confidence.
Alden utilizes a blend of therapeutic approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Person-Centered Therapy, tailoring the process to fit each client’s needs. She is also able to provide clinical supervision for residents who are working towards their LPC or LMFT license.
Areas of focus: Anxiety, Relationship Issues, Complex Family Dynamics, Life Transitions, Young Adult, Perinatal & Infertility
Alden is able to accept Commercial insurance, Medicaid, and self-pay ($150 intake/$120 follow up) clients ages 13+.
